We are seeking a values-driven and proactive **Casual or Part-Time HR Consultant** to support our NDIS-registered organisation. This is a key role for someone passionate about supporting a team that delivers essential services to people with disability. You'll partner with leaders to provide effective HR support across **recruitment**, **people management**, **organisational culture**, **NDIS compliance**, and **performance development**. **Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding**·Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in line with NDIS workforce capability and compliance requirements ·Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and select high-quality, values-aligned staff ·Facilitate onboarding and induction that supports the NDIS Code of Conduct and Quality & Safeguarding Framework
**People & Culture Support**·Support employee engagement and retention strategies tailored for the disability and community services sector ·Assist in developing and promoting a strong, inclusive, and participant-centred workplace culture ·Support team wellbeing and communication initiatives across the organisation
**Performance & Compliance**·Assist with the implementation of performance and development frameworks that meet both organisational goals and NDIS Practice Standards ·Ensure all HR policies, processes, and employee records are compliant with Fair Work, the SCHADS Award, and NDIS audit requirements ·Support investigations, incident reporting, and complaints handling processes in line with NDIS obligations
**What We're Looking For** ·Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR or internal recruitment role (NDIS or community sector experience highly regarded) ·Understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and worker screening requirements ·Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with staff and leadership teams ·A values-driven approach and alignment with person-centred, inclusive service delivery ·Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (preferred)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $26.85 - $44.05 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
