* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet volume and pricing targets.
* Prepare and submit quotes and tenders in line with company processes.
* Build and manage a sales pipeline and keep records up to date.
* Report regularly on sales activity, opportunities, wins/losses, and client engagement.
* Respond to client requests and enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Represent the business at industry events and client meetings.
* Support the wider business by identifying and sharing cross-selling opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably within construction materials or related industries).
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, tendering, and reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset.
* Willingness to travel throughout Regional Queensland as required.
