Consultant Gig #961-Sydney & Auckland-Financial Services-Business Analyst-GRC+Contracts Job Description ClientAn ICG client is looking for a highly experienced, and motivated business analyst to assist with an exciting M&A transaction.RoleSupport a multi-stream project team, working with a dedicated stream project lead.
The stream is focused on Risk and Compliance, as well as some legal transition activities.Key Deliverables: Support process of Business context and requirements gathering Facilitate elaborations sessions; attend and facilitate other workshops as necessary Support development and testing team in understanding of requirements, test planning and execution Document and deliver Project artefacts as required Skills and experience required: Stakeholder interfacing / engaging with teams to receive required inputs / data Self-starter, problem solver -someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions and challenging outcomes Graphing and Power Point skills and spreadsheet skills Insurance or financial services background desirable(please specify which sub-sectors you have worked in) Specific experience with post-merger integration/separation support (Please specify transactions you have supported) LogisticsStart date: Starting Immediately Duration: The roles finish February 2025 with possibility of an extensionLocation: There are TWO roles one in Sydney one in AucklandRate: The daily net rate to the consultant will be between $850-$900 NZD or AUD depending on location + GST where applicableApplication Close date: No later than Thursday 16th, May 2024, 12-noon AESTAPT's must be lodged within 48 hours.

The client will then conduct interviews.
