Located on the Gold Coast, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful changes and contribute to our business's success.Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively as part of the IT Team to deliver business systems and application support, and applications project management and development.Lead the management of all IT-based business systems and applications.Maintain the applications register and manage application upgrades and security patching.Coordinate all applications development projects within the business with an initial focus on internal development.Adopt an agile development approach to all project coordination.Liaise with external providers to determine technical specifications and contribute to the design and development of information systems or software solutions.Provide application and related business process support to all users while monitoring the integrity of the applications.About YouTo excel in this role, you will bring:A diploma or Cert IV in Project Management.3-5 years of experience in project management and business systems.Proven track record in business system and applications management, support, and development.Excellent people management and leadership skills.Highly proficient technology user (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, project and task management tools, MS Teams).Your Attributes:A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities.A creative mindset coupled with analytical expertise.A collaborative approach, thriving in team environments.Why Join Homecorp?At Homecorp, we're committed to empowering our team members to grow and succeed.
