We are the only public school of this type in the inner metropolitan area of Perth.Find out more about our school by visiting www.canningtoncc.wa.edu.au or Schools OnlineThe RoleThe successful applicant will primarily provide administrative support for the curriculum to the Deputy Principals and teaching staff. This includes managing student and teacher timetables, creating grids, structuring classes, and making necessary adjustments. Additionally, the applicant will maintain various curriculum-related databases, ensuring data accuracy, and generate reports in a timely manner.The successful applicant will also be responsible for collating and maintaining curriculum-related resources, as well as extracting and generating reports on educational assessment measures, including the National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) and the Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (OLNA).Furthermore, the successful applicant will facilitate data transfers to both internal and external stakeholders, including the Department of Education and the School Curriculum and Standards Authority. This will involve administrative support for reporting to parents, which includes organizing data rollout, creating course-specific individual reports, and coordinating parent interview bookings and appointment confirmations.The ideal candidate will develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while coordinating examination and testing rosters, venues, and supervisors for examinations and test.
