Library Technology Leader
We seek a dynamic leader to oversee and manage all aspects of library technology, ensuring the effective operation, innovation, and delivery of library services that support a high-quality experience for our community.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the library technology team.
* Oversee library systems, digital services, and technology infrastructure.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of service excellence initiatives, including new and emerging technologies.
* Lead technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational goals.
* Support library staff through coaching, training, and guidance in technology use.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in the technology field.
* 1-2 years' experience in project management and staff management.
* Demonstrated experience in implementing technology projects and process improvement, and the ability to identify and implement service improvements.
* Proven ability to embrace change and engage, lead, and inspire others to achieve outcomes for the benefit of the organisation and community.
* Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service to the community and a positive, professional, and cooperative approach to working with others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals and organisations.
