The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, relationship-driven
Program Delivery Manager
to support and grow our partner school network. Reporting to the Partnerships Director, this role plays a critical part in ensuring exceptional program delivery, strong partner relationships, brand compliance, and effective marketing execution across assigned schools.
This position sits at the intersection of
account management, marketing, operations, and partnerships
, working closely with coaching, logistics, and internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partner schools
* Coordinate term schedules, program logistics, and coach allocations
* Ensure delivery aligns with LFCIA and Liverpool FC standards
* Lead partner check-ins, reviews, and reporting
* Manage marketing calendars, enrolment campaigns, and brand compliance
* Support digital marketing, social media campaigns, and website updates
* Coordinate events, activations, and community outreach clinics
* Manage equipment requests, ordering, and invoicing coordination
* Identify renewal, upsell, and long-term partnership opportunities
About You
You are a proactive relationship manager with strong marketing capability and a passion for youth sport and community impact. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and take ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in account management or partnership roles
* Strong marketing coordination and digital campaign experience
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Experience within sport, education, or community programs (highly regarded)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, sport management (preferred) or 5+ years workplace experience in related field
* Valid Working With Children Check
* Full Australian working rights
