SecureIT Services, a trusted IT service provider headquartered in Perth, delivers expert solutions to clients across Western Australia, including regional centers. Our services include IT Service Desk, Managed IT Services, Cyber Security, Disaster Recovery, Network Support, Cloud Services, and IT Consulting—all tailored to meet individual client needs.
We are a small team of five, supporting corporate clients for over 20 years. Our staff work from our home office, onsite at client offices and are able to work from their own remote office. This is a hybrid work role.
We are currently seeking a customer-focused BI Database Administrator to join us full-time. In this role, you will manage and maintain BI dashboards for our clients, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Your expertise in database optimization will improve efficiency and performance across client projects.
This position involves frequent on-site visits for dashboard assessment and design, within a dynamic team environment offering remarkable flexibility.

Responsibilities
* BI Dashboard Development: Create and manage BI dashboards, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
* Data Integrity and Security: Implement encryption, access controls, and compliance with industry standards.
* Database Design and Development: Collaborate with developers and analysts to design scalable database solutions, including data models, schemas, visualization, and indexing strategies.
* User Management: Manage user accounts and permissions in Office 365, following security best practices.
* Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for cloud and on-premises databases linked to client applications.
* Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize Microsoft SQL databases and BI dashboards; resolve bottlenecks and optimize queries.
* Backup and Recovery: Implement and test backup/recovery procedures for SQL and Azure databases to ensure data integrity.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and generate performance reports for clients and management.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet BI requirements and provide guidance.
Knowledge of HubSpot APIs and SQL Server Integration Services is highly desirable.

Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a BI Database Administrator or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Power BI, and Office 365 administration.
* Advanced Power BI experience required, including expertise in DAX and data modelling.
* Experience with Azure and Office 365 environments.
* Familiarity with Office 365 services such as Power BI, Azure, SQL, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
* Working knowledge of ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate.
* Daily operational experience with ConnectWise required.
* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Office 365 automation.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
