Job Overview

DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) helps insurers around the world modernise and run their core operations at scale by combining deep industry expertise and proven software platforms with innovative AI‐driven solutions. A global market leader, ISB delivers solutions across policy administration, claims, billing, analytics and digital engagement, supporting Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty and Specialty insurance markets.

Key Responsibilities

* Performance Analysis
o Analyse operational performance data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
o Monitor, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business performance.
* Process Improvement
o Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance.
o Identify process inefficiencies and implement practical improvement solutions.
o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed best‐practice processes across teams.
* Project Management & Delivery
o Lead business improvement initiatives from concept and business case development through implementation and evaluation.
o Oversee performance and compliance activities to support organisational and WorkSafe goals.
o Manage project timelines, resources, risks and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
o Drive initiatives that enhance customer outcomes, remuneration performance and operational effectiveness.
* Stakeholder Engagement
o Partner with operational teams and support functions to identify priorities and improvement opportunities.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
o Support change management activities and drive successful adoption of new processes and initiatives.

Desired Qualifications

* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business actions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to deliver outcomes.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Proven ability to influence, engage and drive change across diverse teams.

Skills & Experience

* Experience within Workers Compensation, including knowledge of relevant legislation, processes and procedures.
* Strong understanding of WorkSafe performance measures and KPI frameworks.
* Experience in business improvement, performance improvement, operational excellence or a similar role.
* Experience in project management and leading initiatives that improve operational performance.
