This role will see you working closely with our experienced Trade Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students. As an Electrical Mentor, you'll play a vital part in guiding students towards achieving their training milestones and goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting students with practical activities
* Maintaining the training area - clean, tidy and safe
* Ensuring all equipment is in good operational condition
* Supporting the Trainer with student management
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* A trade qualification in the Electrical industry
* The ability to engage, inspire and support students throughout their learning journey
* A desire to complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* A basic level of computer operating skills
