We are seeking a highly skilled Property Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and sales outcomes, building strong relationships with purchasers, builders, and stakeholders, and driving results in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Delivery: Be the knowledgeable and trusted face of the project, engaging with customers and driving sales success
* Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with purchasers, builders, and stakeholders to enhance project performance
* Reporting and Analysis: Deliver weekly reporting and market commentary across sales, market trends, and buyer behavior
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Project Managers to enhance project performance through strategic recommendations
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum 1 year's experience in land or new home sales, a valid driver's license, and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
