About Our Role
We are hiring an experienced Office Administration Manager to add to our high performing culture.
This role is essential to the smooth operation of our team and plays an integral part in the provision of support to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the performance of the reception and general administration function.
* Lead and mentor administration trainees.
* Coordinate all administrative functions, including office supplies, filing, document management, and general office upkeep.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
* Provide HR administration support.
* Maintain office facilities, systems, supplies, and processes.
* Administer company systems and contracts.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
* Monitor and maintain office equipment and technology.
