**About us and the role**
Winlux is a leading supplier of aluminium windows and doors systems. We have been supplying and installing windows and doors across Sydney for over 20 years.
Winlux is seeking an **experienced Window Installer**to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial properties.
**What you'll be doing**
- Installing aluminium windows and doors
- Manual handling of aluminium frames and glass (must be able to lift 20+ kgs)
- Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail in all installations
- Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients/site managers
- Troubleshooting issues and working with the team (or client) to implement effective solutions
**What we're looking for**
- 3+ years experience installing aluminium windows and doors (AWS preferred, but not essential)
- Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret plans and shopdrawings
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work in a secure and timely manner
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid Driver's Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction Safety Card)
