Your Key Responsibilities:
* Digital file handling, digital printing, and finishing support
* Operating guillotines, laminating, folding, scoring, and binding equipment
* Delivering high-quality products that meet client expectations
* Customer support, including offering suggestions to enhance quality and manage expectations
* Stock maintenance
* Providing a vital link between print production, picking, packing, and dispatch
Full Training and onboarding will be offered.
Any below experience will be beneficial.
* Experience using guillotines, laminating, binding, scoring, folding.
* Good organisational skills, have the ability to meet deadlines and enjoy working with a small committed team.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
* Strong time management skills and multitasking ability in a fast paced dynamic environment that is deadline driven.
* High attention to detail in fast-paced environments
* A positive "can do" attitude
* Motivation to be a self-starter, pro-active and enjoys working in a team environment.
* Demonstrated reliability.
* A love of processes, ticking the boxes and getting the job done right the first time
