Tracc Civil is an industry leading civil construction company based in Bibra Lake, delivering high quality projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller/IMS Administrator to support and maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS). This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, and has a strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and auditing processes within a civil construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation, implementation, and ongoing management of our internal Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Knowledge and understanding of ISO standards, specifically ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
* Interpret relevant legislation and standards, advising management on required updates and compliance changes
* Maintain document control systems, ensuring all documentation is current, accurate, and easily accessible
* Manage and update internal management systems
* Update and maintain AS/NZS Standards relevant to the business
* Complete client prequalification processes
* Conduct and assist with internal and external audits and tracking corrective actions
* Process document reviews and updates in a timely manner
* Support tender submissions by providing required IMS compliance documentation
* Maintain service provider documentation and project records
* Record and track actions from IMS meetings and generate reports on IMS performance
* Assist with site documentation, including printing and control of drawings
* Support the rollout of system improvements, new procedures and company initiatives
Key Requirements
* Experience working within an ISO accredited Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Experience in document control, compliance, or auditing (beneficial but not essential)
* Strong understanding of standards, legislation, and civil construction processes
* Familiarity with internal and external auditing processes
* Ability to review and create operational procedures and documentation.
* Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and online management systems such as Donesafe
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to interpret technical documents and apply them to business processes
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the business
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
