Right now, we’re looking for a 🚀 Head of Growth to own our global acquisition strategy and drive new member growth for our fast-scaling, digital-first business.

From identifying the biggest growth opportunities, to crafting compelling digital campaigns and promotions, you’ll deliver high-quality Member acquisition and fuel our global growth.
What you’ll be doing
* Own and lead the global growth strategy for the Club to drive new Member signups and retention across all relevant channels.
* Develop and implement a commercial acquisition and growth roadmap, identifying opportunities to accelerate signups through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and ideate promotional initiatives.
* Lead paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, Display, Programmatic, and emerging channels, ensuring it supports the broader growth objectives.
* Establish a best-in-class digital ecosystem for performance marketing and growth.
* Work with a strong creative team, conceptualising and briefing compelling creative assets and copy for effective acquisition campaigns.
* Own budget allocation, CPA optimization, and landing page performance.
* Manage SEO agency partnership and drive measurable improvements.
* Lead the conversion rate optimisation (CRO) roadmap and share actionable, data-driven insights to continuously test and optimise for growth.
* Build and lead a high-performing team as we scale internationally and outsource to paid media agencies as needed.
* Ensure Member acquisition meets the quality requirements of the business daily.
* Manage churn and retention strategies to ensure Members remain engaged for the long term.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience owning paid media strategy end-to-end across Meta & Google Ads.
* Strong track record of driving acquisition and commercial results in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a growth mindset.
* 8+ years in performance marketing, ideally with leadership experience.
* Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
* Passion for whisky - or curiosity to learn!
