Provide high-level executive and team leadership support to the Office of the Executive Director Nursing, driving efficient, confidential and well-governed administrative operations across Metro South Health.
Your new Role:
This role delivers high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Office of the Executive Director Nursing (EDNM), Metro South Health. Reporting to the Program Manager, Strategy and Projects, the position provides professional oversight of administration officers, coordinates executive correspondence and committees, and improves workflows and processes. The role manages sensitive matters, supports recruitment and payroll activities, coordinates events and travel, and ensures efficient day-to-day operations across the EDNM Division.

You are a highly organised and proactive executive administration professional with experience supporting senior leaders in complex environments. You bring strong leadership capability, sound judgement when handling confidential matters, and a continuous improvement mindset. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, you thrive on coordinating people, processes and priorities to keep executive operations running smoothly.

About the Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery Division, Metro South Health
The Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery (EDNM) Division MSH is responsible for the professional leadership of strategic Nursing and Midwifery priorities. The EDNM Division is responsible for creating and delivering the MSH Nursing and Midwifery Plan in alignment with the MSH Strategic Plan objectives and with consideration to broader statewide professional strategy.
