Job tasks & responsibilities
You will be offered a full-time position and will be required to work on several
projects, including Residential, Strata, Commercial and Building/Construction.
* Install and finish plasterboard to a professional standard, ensuring smooth,
* precise results
* Applying plaster to interior walls and ceilings to create smooth, durable
* surfaces
* Preparing surfaces, mixing and applying various types of plaster, and
* achieving a finished appearance that could be ready for decorating.
* Creating decorative textures or finishes as required by the project
* specifications.
* Ensuring all tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained after use to
* keep them in good working order.
* Adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job
* site
* Deliver high-quality plastering work.
Skills and experience
Qualifications: Relevant Trade Certificate.
Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience.
* White Card holder.
* Proven experience as a plasterer – at least 2 years work experience.
* Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction plastering techniques.
* Aptitude in using appropriate tools
* Be Punctual.
* Ability to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
* Conscientious with great attention to detail.
* Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $78,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
