About the Position
* Manage a paediatric caseload with a focus on areas of interest/expertise
* Provide supervision, mentoring and support to clinicians where required
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapy plans
* Collaborate with families and teachers to achieve child-centred outcomes
* Contribute to a positive, clinician-led and participant-centred care culture
* Participate in wider team professional development days & meetings
Essential Criteria
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Minimum 4 years' experience working within the disability sector
* Proven experience working with paediatric clients and families
* Genuine commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice
* AHPRA registration – no limitations, current WWCC and NPC
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Driver's license and own vehicle
