They have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Officer with technical experience within their internal sales team. Experience would ideally come from hydraulics, automation or similar industrial machinery companies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with a team of Customer Service, Sales & Engineering professionals.
- Provide technical proposals based on customer requirements.
- Interpret hydraulic and pneumatic parts to fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain the CRM and assist with company process improvement.
- An understanding of engineering processes and be technically minded.
- Spare parts knowledge - hydraulics or similar is preferred.
- Positive "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
- Ability to solve a solution to a problem type of mindset.
