Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML frameworks and standards.
- Establish coding, model development, and deployment best practices.

Essential Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
- Advanced Python skills and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn.
- Proven experience across generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, anomaly detection, and multimodal AI.
- History of mentoring and leading technical initiatives.
- Extensive Google Cloud Platform expertise.
- Solid communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent problem‑solving and process optimisation skills.
Highly Regarded
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
- Media or publishing industry experience.
- MLOps/DevOps skills (CI/CD, containerisation, automated deployment).
- Data engineering experience (ETL, large‑scale processing).
- UI/UX development for technical dashboards.
- Open source contributions and conference speaking experience.
- Cross‑industry AI/ML exposure.
