We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager to start ASAP for a leading non-profit in the south-east.
Please note you must be available to start prior to Christmas.

The Role We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll.
This is a critical role ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while leading and developing a team.
Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the Payroll team, helping develop and up-skill team members Manage end-to-end payroll processing for up to **** employees across multiple awards, agreements and payment cycles Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and organisational policies.
Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting for audits and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll queries and provide exceptional internal service.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in payroll systems and procedures.
About You Proven experience in payroll management, ideally within the non-profit, health or disability services sector.
Strong people leadership experience Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
Proficiency in Chris 21/iChris and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
