This is a leadership role with both operational teeth and strategic input.

No beige, slow-moving corporates around here.

You'll be leading a lean team of 7 in a business that actually wants your input.

In fact, they need it.

The two directors are invested, present, and looking for someone they can trust to lead the service function so they can focus on future growth and time to work 'on' the business.

That means this role has visibility, impact, and real opportunity to shape how things are done.

That's where you come in.

Based in Wagga, you'll be stepping into a role that's all about steady, smart, technical leadership.

You'll be leading a team of technicians who all have a wealth of experience in the industry.

They don't need hand-holding.

What they do need is support, direction and someone who can set clear expectations.

The business? Long-established. Trusted. Regional, but forward-thinking.

With three sites and clients across industries like education, government, legal and logistics, their service footprint is wide and same-day support is part of their service.

That means your days will be varied.

One minute you're working through scheduling and service data, the next you're supporting a major rollout, or helping smooth over a challenge with a key client.

You'll be responsible for technician performance, workflow optimisation, client service quality, and making sure the team is skilled, equipped, and supported.

here's a big focus on continuous improvement not change for the sake of it, but purposeful progress that helps the business move forward and takes the team with it.
