We're seeking experienced Practitioners with The Orange Door (TOD) experience to step into well-supported roles and make an immediate impact. If you're looking for flexible, meaningful work over the coming months, this is a great opportunity to stay engaged in the sector.
The Role
* Hours:
0.8 EFT to Full-Time
* Contract length:
Short-term contracts available (approx. through to January)
* Location:
Fully remote / Work From Home
* Pay rate:
$63-$72 per hour + super
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A minimum of 12 months' experience working within The Orange Door
(All streams considered - Family Violence, Child Wellbeing, or AUFV)
- Strong working knowledge of The Orange Door framework, systems, and processes
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, safety planning, and referral pathways
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
