**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their growing team in Sydney Olympic Park. This is an estimated 12month temp assignment with a potential to extend,
Working within the HR Delivery business unit, you will be required to partner with the business to design, deliver and evaluate high quality people and culture initiatives that drive a high-performance culture, build leadership and workforce capability, foster positive and inclusive workplace culture, promote health and wellbeing to enable the organisation to achieve strategic priorities
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties:
- Build and maintain strong partnering relationships with key stakeholders in the business to provide proactive advice and services and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Subject matter expert relating to complex or high-risk HR matters and best practice
- Provide timely and accurate advice to management and staff on a broad range of staffing and related people and operational issues and collaborating with the Associate Director to resolve complex and sensitive issues.
- Provide advice on across aspects of the employee lifecycle such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, health and wellbeing as well as professional development
- Develop and embed Recruitment & Selection and Talent Framework for the agency driving continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor Leaders in building capacity in people management
- Prepare high quality, accurate and timely written advice including reports, briefs, correspondence, publications, and contracts to inform, take action or respond to requests.
**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or an equivalent field
- Previous HR BP experience within a multifaceted organisation underpinned by legislation
- NSW Public Sector experience desirable
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, resilient, and adaptable interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Superior organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
