**Your new role**
- Answering calls
- Touching base with clients to gain an understanding of their upcoming projects, ensuring high-quality customer experience
- Assist with chasing payments
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Other admin ad hoc duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales admin
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
