About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team on a full-time basis and provide vital support across our office operations located in Albury North. As the first point of contact for our clients and customers you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our office and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Working a Monday to Friday roster the successful applicant will gain exposure to a wide range of opportunities to grow their career in real estate guided by a highly skilled and knowledgeable team.
What you will be doing
Answering phone enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
Maintaining a welcoming professional reception area
Opening and closing the shopfront each day
Assisting with Property Management administration tasks
Conducting audits as instructed by management
Assisting with uploading accounts payable for rental properties
Conducting routine inspections when Property Management staff are absent
Delivering and collecting post
Greeting clients and customers who visit the office
Tracking the collection and return of keys
What we are looking for
A personable engaging individual with excellent communication and people skills
Strong time management abilities and a keen eye for detail
A desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
Proficiency with computers and a professional phone manner
A current driver's licence
