About You
* A commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College, the Catholic Church, and the wellbeing of all community members.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices.
* Ability to create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students.
* A tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation in History/Geography. The ability to teach Religious Education is advantageous.
* A commitment to academic excellence.
* Formative and summative assessments to drive student progress.
* A data‑informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback.
* Excellent classroom management skills focused on student well‑being.
* Ability to integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.
* Interpersonal and effective communication skills to work with parents, students, staff and employers to support work placement, and opportunities in apprenticeships and traineeships.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team.
