Customer Service Officer - Call Centre
Location: Keswick, SA
Hourly Rate: $60 - $61
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: 6 months
Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer for our client based in Keswick. This role will suit a professional individual with strong communication skills, proven customer service experience, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers
* Navigate multiple systems with confidence
* Handle challenging customer interactions with resilience and empathy
Requirements:
* Previous customer service and/or call centre experience (Energy sector desirable)
* Clear and professional phone manner
* Strong computer and system navigation skills
* Positive team attitude and ability to work under pressure
* Current driver's licence
