The ability to communicate and interact effectively with participants that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs. Demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable member of the team.

**Skills & Attributes**:
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children's Check
- Current National Police check
- Cert III in Fitness or Group Exercise Leader Qualification
- Boxing training certificate (Desirable)
- WETS Aqua qualification (Desirable)
- Yoga/Pilates (Desirable)
- Zumba (Desirable)
- Fitness Australia registration
