You will also need a strong understanding of project and corporate governance, WHS policies and the ability to manage risks throughout the development lifecycle.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:
As Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Leading and managing the delivery of property projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and scope objectives.
- Preparing development briefs, business cases, and project documentation in close collaboration with customers and key stakeholders.
- Managing the selection and performance of consultants and contractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with project goals.
- Overseeing construction phases, managing risks, and ensuring successful handover to customers, including managing defect periods.
- Contributing to strategic discussions about future property acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental sustainability objectives and WHS requirements.

**What do you need to bring?**:

- Proven experience managing property development projects with a focus on built forms, including residential or commercial facilities with values ranging from $100k to $5m +.
- A collaborative, relationship-driven approach to managing consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
