**Are you a talented Content Designer who is passionate about creating user-centred content?**
Exciting opportunity for an APS 5 or 6 Content Designer to join the friendly and supportive intranet team within a highly regarded Federal Government Department. You will coordinate, design, write and publish organisation-wide messages on the department's intranet platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support clients in the timely updating of intranet content, using SharePoint publishing skills
- Work collaboratively with SMEs to develop content in line with user needs
- Manage end-to-end workflow to update old content and create new content
- Refresh, develop and publish new content that meets digital best practice, accessibility and readability and content management standards
- Advocate for user needs to internal stakeholders, drawing on data-driven insights
- Use a range of technologies to manage your work: Azure DevOps, readability tool, Sharepoint Online and Service Now
- Other duties as required to assist the team
- Demonstrated website content development and publishing skills using SharePoint
- Ability to manage end-to-end workflow to update old content and create new content
- Strong client liaison skills, and ability to work collaboratively with SMEs
- Understanding of web usability, readability and accessibility requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Conceptual and analytical skills, including data interpretation
- Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications beneficial
- Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a baseline clearance essential
