**The Role**
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include the following:
- Timely and accurate entry of orders
- Provide product and pricing information to customers
- Coordinate strategies to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with regular customers
- Process warranties and repairs
**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent communication skills and bright, confident manner
- Computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Eagerness to lean and keen to work
- An understanding of order process and supply chain highly regarded
