Position: BOH Cellar Attendant
Location: Byron Bay, NSW
Hours: Mixed roster (3–5 shifts per week, a mix of days and nights)
We're looking for a Cellar Attendant to join our back-of-house team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role focused on managing stock, changing kegs, and supporting the bar and bottle shop teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Change kegs and maintain stock rotation.
* Complete regular stock checks and assist with inventory.
* Receive and store deliveries accurately.
* Maintain and refill soft drink gas and syrup systems.
* Replenish ice stations and assist with bar stock as needed.
* Keep the cellar clean, organised, and safe.
* Follow all safety procedures for lifting and cellar maintenance.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a cellar or stock role is an advantage but not essential.
* Good attention to detail and organisation.
* Physically capable of lifting kegs and moving stock safely.
* Works well under pressure and in a team environment.
* Forklift licence (or willingness to get one).
* NSW RSA (or willingness to get one).
