Insurance Assistant Account Executive – Claims Focus
Elders Insurance, operating for over one hundred years, is one of Australia's largest regional and rural insurance services and operates an agency network distributing general insurance products to regional and rural clients. Gawler Barossa and Clare Valley Insurance Services is the Elders Insurance franchise servicing the Northern Adelaide and Gawler regions.
As a result of an internal promotion, we currently have a position available in our Gawler office in the role of Insurance Assistant Account Executive - Claims Focus.
As an employee of Elders Insurance Gawler, your major duties will include:
* Assisting the Account Executive in providing advice to Business, Commercial Motor, Farm and Personal Insurance clients, with a strong emphasis on claims management.
* Processing insurance quotations, new business, renewals and endorsements on the Elders Insurance System.
* Providing claims-based services to Elders Insurance clients.
* Recording and processing of claims information.
* Providing excellent service standards with our existing clients.
* Office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must be able to display the following skills:
* Experience in the General Insurance or Financial Services Industry, and/or
* Experience in a customer service and office administration role
* Computer literacy
Ideally you will also have or be happy to undertake training in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation. Additionally, you will be able to obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances.
