About the Role:
* The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve membership targets while providing training and mentorship to consultants.
* They will also assist the Club General Manager with daily operations, meetings, and provide development training to prepare for a future Club General Manager position.
* A key responsibility will be to lead external lead generation efforts including B2B outreach and community event planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver new membership sales and achieve club targets set by the management team.
* Train and mentor Membership Consultants using creative techniques to ensure constant incoming leads.
* Use internal software systems to monitor communications and procedures.
* Utilize marketing strategies including social media, email blasts and community events to maintain a consistent lead base.
* Support the Club General Manager as needed.
* Plan, manage and execute external lead generation initiatives.
