Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market reviews and environmental scans to understand customer behaviour and support targeted decision-making.
- Analysing performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and key insights.
- Supporting faculties, schools, and other stakeholders with strategic planning and reporting.
- Collaborating on cross-functional projects to address strategic priorities.
- Identifying and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and the student experience.
About You
The company is looking for:
- A recently completed degree in Commerce, Data Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and triangulate data from multiple sources.
- Excellent research capabilities and attention to detail.
- A flexible, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A genuine interest in strategy, planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Current work rights in Australia matching the tenure of this fixed-term role.
- Successful completion of National Police Clearance, background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin’s satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $76,769 - $80,677 (G04) plus 17% Superannuation.
- 1-year, full-time fixed term role.
