About the Role
This is a hands-on all-rounder role combining front office reception duties with housekeeping coordination and support. You will be a key person ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent guest service, and high cleanliness standards across the property.
This role is ideal for someone with hotel, motel, or serviced apartment experience who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services / Front Office
* Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
* Managing reservations, emails, phone enquiries, and payments
* Assisting guests with requests, issues, and local information
* Maintaining a professional and friendly front desk presence
Housekeeping Coordination
* Coordinating daily housekeeping schedules and room allocations
* Assisting with housekeeping duties when required
* Conducting room inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
* Managing linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies
* Reporting maintenance issues and following up with the team
General Operations
* Supporting smooth day-to-day property operations
* Liaising with management regarding occupancy, guest feedback, and priorities
* Upholding brand standards and service excellence at all times
