About This Role
As the Head of Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment for residents to feel at home and staff to perform their tasks effectively.
Your role involves handling various tasks within the building as well as in gardens and grounds. This may include fixing leaky taps one minute and planting new bulbs the next.
