Our well established and innovative Conveyancing Firm is seeking a front desk Legal Receptionist to join our team.
Essential competencies
· Answer and direct phone call to the appropriate personnel
· Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
· Ability to work within a team environment and contribute positively and productively as a team player
· Confident, articulate and professional communication skills
· Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
· Assist and take instructions from experienced staff and action accordingly
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Competent computer skills and the ability to adapt to and apply new software
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Preferred competencies
· Minimum of 1 year of reception or administrative experience, preferably in a law firm setting
· Customer service experience
· Proficient in Microsoft office, Leap and Adobe
