M.V. Jasmine is a luxury boutique vessel offering premium brunch cruises in Byron Bay. We are seeking experienced and service-driven Host Manager, Bartenders, and Front of House Professionals considered to deliver exceptional guest experiences onboard.

Host Manager (Onboard)
The Host Manager is responsible for leading the onboard guest experience and Front of House service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and lead Front of House service during cruises
* Welcome guests and ensure a seamless, high-end experience from boarding to disembarkation
* Coordinate service flow between kitchen, bar, and crew
* Train, support, and motivate the service team
* Maintain service standards, presentation, and professionalism
* Handle guest enquiries and ensure exceptional service outcomes
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior Front of House or supervisory role
* Minimum 1-2 years of senior Front of House or supervisory experience required
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* High standards of personal presentation
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
* RSA (mandatory)
* Australian work authorisation will be assessed on a case by case basis

Bartenders
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve beverages to a premium standard
* Deliver warm, professional bar service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
* Ensure responsible service of alcohol
* Work closely with Front of House and kitchen teams
Requirements:
* Previous bartending experience preferred
* Minimum 1+ years of bartending experience required
* Strong customer service skills
* RSA (mandatory)
* Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
* Minimum availability of 2-3 days per week required

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide attentive, polished table service
* Host and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
* Support bar and host operations as required
Requirements:
* Experience in hospitality or luxury service environments preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
