The successful candidate will be responsible for managing records, correspondence, and diaries, scheduling committee proceedings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate records and correspondence
* Schedule committee proceedings and maintain the online committee business schedule
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate committee logistics
* Organize training, advertising, and financial document processing
* Compile reports, manage statistical data, and update web content
* Oversight of administrative tasks, equipment maintenance, and visitor programs
* Coordinate internal meetings, draft agendas, and take minutes
Requirements
