The Role: We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Head Chef to manage all aspects of our kitchen, drive menu development, and lead a high‑performing team. This is a full‑time position ideal for a chef who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage seasonal menus aligned with company brand
* Lead and develop the kitchen team with a positive and proactive approach
* Manage stock control, food costs, and ordering
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of cost control and kitchen operations
* Creativity with a passion for fresh, local produce
* Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining quality
* A hands‑on leader with a calm and motivated attitude
