Job Description
As the Porter/Valet at Mondrian Gold Coast, you'll be the ultimate connector, ensuring our guests and residents experience the very best of luxury living. From personalised recommendations to seamless service, you'll be the go-to expert for creating unforgettable moments. Whether it's securing exclusive reservations, coordinating bespoke experiences, or simply adding a touch of magic to every interaction, you'll bring passion, precision, and personality to the role.
The Role
* Manage daily concierge desk operations, including inventory controls and adherence to service protocols.
* Uphold the Mondrian luxury service standards.
* Provide a warm welcome to guests and visitors, assist with valet parking, luggage storage, delivery, and retrieval.
* Address guest and owner requests, enhancing service offerings.
* Promptly resolve guest and owner inquiries or issues, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high service quality.
The Requirements
* Previous experience in a guest service or concierge role in a luxury environment.
* Opera Cloud experience is desirable.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
* Valid Australian Driver's License.
* Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Full Australian Working Rights.
