- Sub divisions
- Ground preparations
- Sub contracting to tier 1 companies (BMD and ACCIONA)
- Formwork/ Concrete/ Excavations/ Roadworks upgrades
- Private civil work
**About the Role ( x2 structures Foreman)**
- Must be experienced leading hand or foreman / supervisor
- A hands on leader
- Ideally a carpenter/formworker or concreter, but not essential
- Long civil background
- Great knowledge of civil concrete mixes
- Ideally experience in running crews on DTMR jobs
- Ideally experienced in piling, sub and superstructures
- Neatly presented
- Clear communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Organized nature
**Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate all labour and trades activity on site
- Liaise with all parties to ensure efficient work between suppliers and sub-contractors
- Ensure excellent working standards are adhered to
- Ensure high levels of health and safety
- Ensure a clean and tidy workplace
