About the Role
We're seeking friendly and reliable
Community Domestic Workers
to support our clients with home-based services such as cleaning, social support, and transport. You'll work independently in the community, helping older people remain in their homes safely and comfortably.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform household tasks – vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, meal prep
* Provide companionship and social engagement
* Transport clients to appointments or outings (if required)
* Follow care plans and support client goals
* Observe and report changes in client health or wellbeing
* Participate in training, meetings, and improvement initiatives
What You Need
Essential
* Full Australian driver's licence
* Access to a registered, reliable, insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
* Access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
Desirable
* First Aid & CPR and Manual Handling certificates
* Experience in aged care or community support
* Understanding of Italian culture and/or language
