Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone and website, compiling reports and invoicing, supporting clients in regional and remote locations, and ensuring tasks are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first point of contact for general pest and fire service enquiries
* Compile and generate regular reports and invoicing
* Support clients in regional and remote locations
* Ensure tasks are processed accurately and on time
* Responsible for maintaining inventory of office supplies
* Sales and quotes for services provided
* Drawing up contracts for services offered
* Processing purchase orders
* Scheduling and booking technician jobs
* Planning and scheduling service runs across WA and the NT
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid Australian working rights and residing in Australia
* Availability to work full-time
* High level problem solving and think on your feet mentality
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Sales experience
* Ability to adhere to business procedures
* Ability to communicate with all levels of the business and clientele
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Tech-savvy with ability to navigate across multiple databases
