As the Information Officer for Corporate Service Division you will support business areas by providing and delivering efficient and effective records management services from the point of capture eDRMS through to the final disposition. You will support operational information management tasks in line with the Corporate Information Managements baseline operations. Furthermore, you will assist with digitisation, archiving and disposal projects for identified corporate records.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated the ability to follow a project schedule tasks and timelines in the context of an appraisal or disposal activity including updating monitoring tools to track progress status. You will have practical experience using Content Manager eDRMS. Furthermore, you will have current knowledge and experience in working in a digital and physical records management environment.
