About This Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to join our team. We seek a Content Producer to design, produce, and implement content that drives performance, quality, capability, and engagement.
Our Financial Crime Operations (FCO) team is responsible for managing Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF), and Sanctions risks and obligations across the Customer Lifecycle.
We enable Financial Crime Operations to meet performance and quality objectives set by the Group. We work in partnership with operational teams to set strategic direction, define performance targets, and provide core enablement functions.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan, prioritize, and produce key stories and content aligned to business and capability priorities.
* Plan and produce informative knowledge and content on relevant topics.
* Support skill capability build with our Change, Capability, Culture, and Communications function.
* Role model risk culture.
Your Skills and Experience
* Outstanding storytelling skills across text and multimedia, with an ability to adjust style and tone for different audiences.
* Demonstrated success working in fast-paced content production.
* Proven ability to engage and build digital audiences.
* Ability to translate complex knowledge and issues into compelling content for different stakeholders.
* Proficiency in video editing, photography, and related multimedia and visual content creation skills, as well as website analytics platforms.
* Comprehensive experience working with AI tools and a willingness to develop these capabilities to benefit audience outcomes.
* Strong business acumen, understanding of the banking and financial services sector, and large-scale operational teams.
* Proven ability to proactively identify, understand, discuss, and act on current and future risks.
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Economics, Business/Commerce, Journalism, or similar.
