**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology
- Accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to design and implement exercise programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
